Mentorship

Mentorship is a 6-week program for yoga teachers who want more support, feedback, and confidence in the way they teach. We’ll work closely together on sequencing, cueing, hands-on assists, and the subtle art of holding a room. You’ll leave with at least 6 clear, adaptable sequences, a stronger sense of your voice, Katonah-inspired seasonal dialogue, and a better understanding of how to choose music that feels additive to your classes and privates.

Mentorship gave me the tools to teach sold-out public classes, build lasting relationships with private clients, and lead retreats around the world. This program is my way of sharing what has shaped me as a teacher, so you can refine what’s already beginning to take shape in you
